I hope this message finds you & yours well and in good health.

Club Refresh Complete!

The club has finally been painted, and it looks fantastic! A huge thank you to all the volunteers who came out to help with takedown. With your support, the job was done in just 1.5 hours. It’s worth noting the club hadn’t been painted in nearly 20 years, so this was long overdue!

To complement the fresh coat of paint, we’ve also updated some of our office equipment to help modernize the space. In the spirit of giving back, we donated our older items and a few games to ReStore, where they’ll hopefully find new life.

Thank you again to everyone who pitched in to help make the club feel brighter and more welcoming!

Activity Update

August 22^nd – No Floor Yoga

Information

Anyone still wanting a name tag please put your name on the signup sheet on the bulletin board at the club. We need 25 members to sign up and we have 15 right now. Name tags are $10.00 each. Please prepay in an envelope in the grey metal box. Name tags will be ordered in September. 

Membership renewals are due September 1^st. Membership is $40.00 per person. Each member needs to fill out a form to update their information and enclose payment with the form. Membership can also be paid online. 

Non member fees will increase to $3.00 starting Sept 1^st,2025 for all activities.  

New Doctor at Kings Medical Centre (This information was passed on by one of our members)

Dr. Henry Onyebule (pronounced On-yee-boo-lee, or simply Dr. Henry) is the new physician at Kings Medical Centre, located at 960 Yankee Valley Blvd Dr. Onyebule, is taking over from Dr. Adebesi,who recently retired. He is currently accepting new patients and is also available for walk-in appointments for those who have not yet found a permanent family doctor.
