President’s Address:

I hope this message finds you and yours well and in good health.

“As we step into March, we welcome the first whispers of spring—a season of

renewal, growth, and fresh beginnings. Just as nature awakens, so too can we

bloom by sharing the knowledge and wisdom we’ve gathered. Let’s inspire each

other this month, planting seeds of learning and kindness that will grow all year

Long.”

“I may not have all the answers, and I don’t know if this is absolutely true, but

rather than just accepting someone else’s word, I’m choosing to step forward, ask the question, and seek clarity for myself.”

Community Links Presentation - Mayor Spearman will be in attendance to speak on transportation options available to Airdrie Seniors.

Upcoming Travel: This event is sold out

Members who have booked tickets payment is required by February 28th. If you plan on cancelling please contact Jean Moorhouse as there is a waitlist. The bus leaves the club at 9:30 AM and returns at approximately 4:30 PM.

Tickets: $75.00 Each

Tickets include bus, brunch and admission to The Sweet Delilah Swim Club show.

5:00 PM - Doors Open

5:30 PM - Potluck 

6:30 - 8:30 PM - Dance

Tickets $5.00 per person available from any Board Member

Cash Bar - 50/50 Draw - Plates and Cutlery provided

Bring your favorite main, salad, or dessert

Reminders:

There are still some membership cards that have not been picked up. If you are interested in a nametag please put your name on the list at the Over 50 Club and place payment in an envelope and put it in the drop box. Eleven names are required before another order can be placed.

If you’re planning to attend the Over 50 Club on Tuesday, April 7th, please note that the ladies’ washroom will be closed for repairs. 

Activity Update:

All future Shuffleboard events scheduled for Monday at 7:00 PM have been canceled due to insufficient interest.
