President’s Message

“When you are reluctant to change, think of the beauty of autumn.” VV Brown.

I hope this message finds you and yours well and in good health.

A few important tasks were completed in August to finish off the work we started

this summer. Shelving was installed for the Craft and Painting classes—much

better than putting new holes in our freshly painted walls! The carpets in the club

and the hallway to the bathrooms were also shampooed, leaving everything fresh

and tidy.

As everyone settles back in after the summer months, activity at the club will

begin to pick up again. We have a few parties and events planned in the

coming months to brighten our days, thanks to the Social Director and her

wonderful team of volunteers.

Bingo has continued to be a strong fundraiser for us throughout the summer. We

are currently looking for an additional Bingo caller—if anyone is interested, please

let us know!
